I visited the site today. The inspection failed because there are not two off - street parking spaces as required. Attached is the approved plan. It appears the pine strawed area located at the right front of the house extends farther toward the street than the plan had called for. I would be glad to take another look at this with you if you can locate the property corners and show me that there are two 9' by 18' parking spaces on the property. In addition, attached is a hold harmless agreement which the property owner will need to sign since the pavers are in the right -of -way. Thank you, Dianne K.
