A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO
RELATING TO THE FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR RIGHT OF WAY PERMITS; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance 753, adopted May 9, 2002 allows excavation and right of way fees to be
set by resolution of City Council; and
WHEREAS, The Director of Public Works identified that the fees for excavation and driveways
right of way permits are out of date; and
WHEREAS, A property noticed public hearing was held on August 12, 2010 to set fees for right
of ways and driveways; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance 877 was adopted on August 12, 2010 allowing driveway fees to be set
by resolution of the City Council; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MCCALL, Valley County, Idaho that:
Section 1: The fees to be paid to the City of McCall in advance for acquiring a right of way
permit under McCall City Code Title 8, Chapter 12, shall be:
A. All right of way permits, including those issued to the
telephone, electricity, and cable television utility
companies doing business in McCall.

B. All right of way permits as they pertain to driveways $60
C. All re -inspection fees
$60 per hour
Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and approval.
