AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENSE FOR THE 2011 -2012 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for a TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for EXPRESS TAXI, LLC. for the 2011 -2012 License
Term by the following:
MIGUEL M. RIVAS
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver License be
granted to for the 2011 -2012 License Term. ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2011-
2012 License Term to MIGUEL M. RIVAS.
Adopted this 7th day of July, 2011
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 8, 2011.
