ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 29, 1967
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in an
adjourned regular session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis
Road, on above date at 4:00 p.m.
Mayor Byork in the chair.

conduct a Christmas Tree Sales lot at 10310 Long Beach
Boulevard was presented. It was moved by Councilman
Smith, seconded by Councilman Stevens, and carried, that
the special permit be granted.
Phase II Dr. Ashley stated that the purpose of Phase II was to
progress project and forecast the economic growth potential of
report the community from 1867 to 1880. He described the
Lynwood trade area and provided detailed statistics
as to future population, income, employment distribution
trends in the Lynwood labor market, future building
space requirements and future land use demand for
residential and industrial development. Dr. Ashley
explained that the Phase III report recommendations
will be based upon the information contained in the
Phase II survey.
After a discussion among members of the City Council
of various facts contained in the Phase II report, It
was moved by Councilman Siokos, seconded by Council-
man Green, and carried, that the meeting be adjourned.
