A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO,
ADOPTING FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR COUNTY SURVEYOR REVIEW OF
LAND USE APPLICATIONS; PROVIDING FOR RELATED MATTERS; AND,
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Valley County entered into a Professional Service Agreement with Russell
Surveying, Inc. on May 24, 2010; and
WHEREAS, Russell holds a professional licensure and has expertise in perfonning
technical survey work, teclmical review, and consultation in regards to land and
construction surveying as requested by Valley County; and
WHEREAS, the County Surveyor shall submit invoices to the City of McCall separately
for services provided in the City limits and Impact Area; and
WHEREAS, McCall City Code 3.15.03(1) provides that a fee schedule be established
periodically by the Coun,cil by resolution; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 08-22 was adopted on November 6, 2008 establishing fees for
land use applications, development related review services, and CBD parking for each
space omitted; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that it is in the best interest of the owners
of property and of the inhabitants within the City to create a new fees for the County
Surveyor, distinct from the fees established in Resolution 08-22; and
WHEREAS, notice of the proposed fees was published in The Star News, a newspaper of
general circulation within the City, and a public hearing was held on the proposed new
fees on December 16, 2010, all as required by law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MCCALL, Valley County, Idaho that:
Section 1: The following rates and fees are hereby adopted:
City of McCall County Surveyor Charge
County Surveyor Plat Review
County Surveyor Record of Survey Review
Section 2: Existing fees that are not in conflict with the fees adopted by this
Resolution shall remain in full force and effect.
