Any photos of people riding bicycles on North Ocean Boulevard in the Town's public record
Dear Chris O'Hare,
It has come to the attention of the Town of Gulf Stream that the document you requested via
email on September 29, 2013, that we acknowledged on October 3, 2013, "Any photos of people
riding bicycles on North Ocean Boulevard in the Town's public record" does exist. Our
correspondence on November 10, 2013, stated that no such record existed.
We recently discovered that a copy of the record you requested was located on the Town of Gulf
Stream website, and in the custody of a third party vendor. We requested the vendor send the
Town this photograph, and the Town received it on January 2, 2014. The photo is attached to this
email.
The Town of Gulf Stream apologizes for this oversight and thanks you for the opportunity to
correct our earlier response.
