ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING MARCH 8, 1973
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in an
adjourned regular session in the City Hall, 11330
Bullis Road, on above date at X1:30 p.m.
Mayor Morris in the chair.
Councilman Byork, Morris, Rowe and Stevens answered
the roll call. Councilman Liewer was absent.
It was moved by Councilman Byork, seconded by Council-
man Stevens, and carried, that Councilman Liewer's
absence be excused.
Discussion re A discussion of possible formation of a redevelopment
formation of a agency was introduced by the Mayor, and the City
redevelopment Manager reviewed activity in the central business
agency district and the alternative solution to carry out
its development by means of a redevelopment agency.
After explaining the workings of such an agency, he
informed .the Council that representatives of two
firms were present, both of whom have expertise
in municipal financing and redevelopment agency
planning and financing, and asked that the Council
' consider their comments.
Executive It was moved by Councilman Rowe, seconded by Council-
session re man Stevens, and carried, that the meeting be
personnel adjourned to executive session for personnel matters.

The Mayor excused the City Clerk and appointed
Councilman Byork City Clerk protempore.
Following the executive session, the Mayor called the
meeting to order.
Adjourn to It was moved by Councilman Byork, seconded by Council-
3/12/73 at man Rowe, and carried, that the meeting be adjourned
4:30 p.m. to Monday, March 12, 1973, at 4:30 p.m.
