ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 10 1973
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in an
adjourned regular session in the City Hall, 11330
Bullis Road, on above date at 4:30 p.m.
Mayor Byork in the chair.
Councilmen Byork, Liewer, Morris, Rowe, Stevens
answered the roll call.
Also present was City Manager Stephen Wright.
It was moved by Councilman Rowe, seconded by Council-
man Liewer, and carried, that the meeting be
adjourned to executive session for personnel
matters.
Following the executive session, the meeting was
Res. 73-71 called to order and RESOLUTION N0. 73-71 entitled:
Appointing "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
City's legal LYNWOOD APPOINTING THE LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES OF
representativesTHE CITY," (John J. Cayer, City Attorney, and
Robert L. Johnson, Assistant City Attorney) was
presented. It was moved by Councilman Liewer,
seconded by Councilman Stevens, that Resolution
No. 73-71 be adopted.
Roll Call:
Ayes: Councilmen Byork, Liewer, Morris, Rowe, Stevens.
Noes: None.
Absent: None.
It was moved by Councilman Liewer, seconded by
Councilman Stevens, and carried, that the meeting
be adjourned to executive session.
The Mayor excused the City Clerk and appointed
Councilman Liewer City Clerk Pro tempore.
Following the executive session, the meeting was
called to order and it was moved by Councilman Rowe,
seconded by Councilman Morris, and carried, that
the meeting be adjourned to August 21, 1973, at
7:00 p.m.
