SPECIAL MEETING NOVEMBER 13, 1973

The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in
a special session in the City Hall, 11330
Bullis Road, on above date at 4:30 p.m.
Mayor Byork in the chair.
Councilmen Byork, Liewer, Malchow, and Rowe
answered the roll call. Councilman Morris
was absent.
City Attorney Cayer and City Manager Wright
were also present.
It was moved by Councilman Liewer, seconded by
Councilman Malchow, and carried, that Council-
man Morris' absence be excused.
The Mayor announced that the purpose of the
meeting was to set a public hearing to establish
a project area amendment for the Lynwood
Redevelopment Agency.
The City Manager explained that at the time of
calling the special meeting, it was believed
that Council action would be required relative
to setting the date for public hearing to
establish a project area amendment; however,
it has been learned that no Council action is
needed at this time, and he recommended that
the special Council meeting be adjourned
and the special Lynwood Redevelopment Agency
be convened.
It was moved by Councilman Liewer, seconded by
Councilman Rowe, and carried, that the meeting
be adjourned.
