ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 27, 1973
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in an
adjourned regular session in the City Hall, 11330
Bullis Road, on above date at x:30 p.m.
Mayor Byork in the chair.
Councilmen Byork, Liewer, Malchow, Morris and Rowe
answered the roll call.
City Attorney Cayer and City Manager Wright were also
present.
ord. 959 ORDINANCE N0. 959 entitled: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
business Lic. COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING PORTIONS OF
fee amendment CHAPTER 17 AND ADDING PORTIONS TO CHAPTER 17 OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, RELATING TO BUSINESS
LICENSES," was presented for second reading. It was
moved by Councilman Liewer, seconded by Councilman
Rowe, and carried, that the ordinance be read by title
only.
It was moved by Councilman Liewer, seconded by Council
man Morris, that ordinance No. 959 be adopted.
Roll Call:
Ayes: Councilmen Byork, Liewer, Malchow, Morris, Rowe.
Noes: None.
Absent: None.
It was moved by Councilman Rowe, seconded by Councilman
Liewer, and carried, that the meeting be adjourned to
executive session for personnel matters.
Following the executive session, the meeting was called
to order and it was moved by Councilman Liewer, seconded
by Councilman Malchow, and carried, that the meeting
adjourn to December ~4, 1973, at 7:00 p.m.
