ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING JUNE 11, 1974
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in an
adjourned regular session in the City Hall, 11330
Bullis Road, on above date at 7:00 p.m.
Mayor Liewer in the chair.
Councilmen Byork, Green, Liewer, Rowe answered the roll
call. Councilman Morris was absent.
Also present were City Manager Wright and City Attorney
Murphy.
It was moved by Councilman Green, seconded by Councilman
Byork, and carried, that Councilman Morris' absence be
excused.
RESOLUTION N0. 74-47 entitled: "RESOLUTION OF THE CITY Res. 74-47
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ADJOURNING THE JUNE 11, Adjourning to
1974, ADJOURNED REGU LAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO Conference
THE CONFERENCE ROOM OF THE CITY HALL, 11330 BULLIS Room
ROAD, LYNWOOD, CALIF ORNIA," was presented. It was
moved by Counci lman Byork, seconded by Councilman Green,
that Resolution No. 74-47 be adopted.
Roll Call:
Ayes: Councilmen Byork, Green, Liewer, Rowe.
Noes: None.
Absent: Councilman Morris.
Councilman Morris arrived.
Budget proposals for the following accounts were reviewed Budget study
and discussed: City Attorney (1-108), City Council
(1-101), City Manager (1-102), City Clerk (1-103),
City Treasurer (1-105), Civil Service (1-111}, City
Hall Operations (1-113}, Community Promotions and
Publicity (-1-120), Elections (1-122), Public Audit
(1-125), Insurance (1-126), Legal Printing (1-12~),
Animal Regulation (1-155), Civil Defense (1-165),
Waste Collection and Disposal (1-172).
Following discussion of the various accounts, the
meeting was adjourned to executive session for
personnel matters. The City Clerk was excused from
the remainder of the meeting, and Councilman Morris
was appointed City Clerk pro tempore.
Following the executive session, it was moved by
Councilman Green, seconded by Councilman Byork, and
carried, that the meeting adjourn to Monday,
June 17, 1974, at 7:00 p.m.
