In addition, if anyone else intends to either video or audio tape this meeting they are required to inform the chair. " We request that all cell phones be turned off or to vibrate. 1 . Welcome new member Bruce Evans 2 . Discussion and possible vote on the completeness, timeliness and CPA eligibility of Friends Or Relatives With Autism & Related Disabilities ( FORWARD ) community housing funding request for regional supportive housing for 8 adults with autism . Possible vote on referral of the funding request to the CPC Housing Committee for review and recommendation . 3 . Distribute and review updated committee member contact list . 4 . Discussion and possible vote on letter of support for Brewster Woods Mass Works grant . 5 . Treasurer' s Report 6 . Vote to approve minutes of July 10, 2019 meeting . 7 . Items that the chair could not reasonably anticipate . 8 . Announcements 9 . Minutes of the Annual Meeting of the Brewster Ladies Library - 7/ 19/2018 With 28 members in attendance , guests and staff, President Cassidy called the meeting to order at 7PM The minutes of the 2017 Annual meeting ( previously distributed ) were approved unanimously The Treasurers Report, ( previously distributed ) was approved unanimously . President Cassidy reviewed the major events of the last twelve months, current events and projects completed and underway . She thanked the departing members for their 6 years of service : MS Sarah Hewitt, and Mr . Glenn Lowery , The Nominating Committee proposed a slate of officers and directors for the coming year . A motion was made , seconded and voted unanimously to accept the slate . A copy is attached as part of the Notice of Annual Meeting , Eileen Berquist, newly elected President introduced herself, welcomed the new Board members and thanked outgoing President Cassidy for her steadfast leadership through a difficult period . Library Director, MS St . Amour, talked about the building project and the possible timeline ; the implementation of new Overdrive software and the Commonwealth collection . She commented that we have over 160 volunteers contribute 5157 hours of time to the library in the last twelve months . The Officers, Board and attendees congratulated Linda Mills as she received the Sarah Augusta Mayo Award for extraordinary service to the Library . A motion was made to adopt proposed bylaws changes that were previously distributed . It was moved , seconded and unanimously voted . ( Copy attached ) MS Pernice discussed membership numbers and talked about the upcoming event to be held at Freemans Grill at Captains golf Course 7/26/ 2018 . She encouraged all to attend and enjoy the food , drink and silent auction . On behalf of the Board , and the members, outgoing Director Sarah Hewitt extended thanks to Joan Cassidy for her term in office which included most committees, the building committee, and officer roles .
