ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING JUNE g, 19~~5
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in an
adjourned regular session in the City Hall, 11330
.... Bu11is Koad, on above date at 4:00 p.m.
Mayor Liewer in the chair.
Councilmen Byork, Green, Liewer, Morris, Rowe
answered the roll call.
Also present was City Manager Wright.
It was moved by Councilman. Morris, seconded by
Councilman Byork, and carried, that the meeting
be adjourned to executive session for personnel
matters.
Following the executive session the meeting was
called to order.
The City i~ianager presented the following department
budgets for Council discussion and approval:
pity Council (Acct. 1-101), City Manager (1-102),
City Clerk (Acct. 1-103), Treasurer (Acct. 1-105);
the Manager was asked to report on the procedure
for signing of checks, Fiscal Officer (Acct. 1-106),
City Attorney (Acct. 1-108), Civil Service (Acct.
1-111), city Hall Operations (Acct. 1-113), Elections
(Acct. 1-122), Public Audit Acct. 1-1~5) the Manager
was asked to survey other cities regarding audit
services fees, Insurance (1-12b) the Manager was
asked to invite the City's insurance agent to the
next Council meeting to discuss the increase in
cost of the public liability insurance, Legal
Printing and Maps (Acct. 1-128), Animal Control
(Acct. 1-15~), and Civil Defense Acct'. 1-165).
It was moved by Councilman Byork, seconded by Council-
man Green, and carried, that the meeting adjourn to
June 10, 1975, at 4:00 p.m.
