ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 5, 1975
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in an
adjourned regular session in the City Hall, 11330
Bullis Road, on above date at 1-{:30 p.m.
Mayor Liewer in the chair.
Councilmen Byork, Green, Liewer and Rowe answered
the roll call.
Councilman Morris was absent.
Mr. Mark Briggs presented to the Council a report HCDA Funding
on the status of the Housing and Community
Development funding as it relates to the City of
Lynwood.
Councilman Morris arrived.
Pursuant to Mr. Briggs' recommendation, it was
moved by Councilman Byork, seconded by Councilman
Green, and carried, that a letter be sent to the
County Department of Urban Affairs indicating
the Council's intention to join with the County
in the Community Development Block Grant program.
Mr. Briggs reviewed the Preliminary Housing
Alternatives (Draft Program Descriptions for City
Staff and the Housing and Community Development
Advisory Board), prepared for the City by Mark
Briggs and Associates, copies of which had been
submitted to members of the City Council.
It was moved by Councilman Green, seconded by
'"""' Councilman Byork, and carried, that the meeting
adjourn to November 12, 1975, at 7:30 p.m.
