SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Valley County is scheduled to hold a public hearing on the attached ordinance on May 26, 2020. Staff will
prepare comments for submittal to the public hearing on behalf of the Council after your discussion. The
ordinance will repeal all previous waterway regulations and replace them with the regulations in this
ordinance. For Payette Lake, the ordinance provides for a 300 foot no wake zone except for certain specific
locations.
Copies of the draft County Ordinance and Notice of the Public Hearing are attached.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Review and provide direction to staff for comments to submit to Valley County.
