HomeMy Public PortalAboutM 1975-12-30 - CC.{°, .~, ,, ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 30, 19 The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in an adjourned regular session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on above date at 4:30 p.m. Mayor Liewer in the chair. Councilmen Byork, Liewer, Morris and Rowe answered the roll call. Councilman Green was absent. The City Manager reported that he had discussed with the City Attorney the matter of the proposed change in the _ 4/10 plan for the Police Department and because of its relationship to the meet and confer process, the Attorney advised that it should be discussed in executive session. Therefore, the Mayor declared the meeting adjourned to executive session. Councilman Green arrived. The Mayor excused the City Clerk from the remainder of the meeting, and appointed Councilman ByorkCity Clerk pro tempore. Following the executive session, the meeting was reconvened and it was moved by Councilman Green, seconded by Councilman Morris, and carried, that the Police Department return to the 5/8 plan, effective January 4, 1976.
