ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING JANUARY 13, 1976
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in an
adjourned regular session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis
Road, on above date at 4:30 p.m.

Also present was City Manager Wright.
Mayor Liewer in the chair.
Councilmen Byork, Green, Liewer, Morris and Rowe answered
At the request of the City Manager, Mr. Rick Kermer
reviewed the new format for monthly budget reports and
for budget information to be supplied by the various
departments. He explained the problems in cash flow
the City has been experiencing and the methods by which
it will be improved. Mr. Kermer discussed in detail
steps being taken preparatory to commencing budget
sessions for the next fiscal year, and related phases
of fiscal management.
It was moved by Councilman Byork, seconded by
Councilman Green, and carried, that the meeting adjourn
to January 20, 1976, at 7:00 p.m.
