ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 17, 1976
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in an adjourned
regular session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on above
date at 7:00 p.m.
Mayor Liewer in the chair.
Councilmen Byork, Green, Liewer, Morris and Rowe answered the
roll call. ,,,~
Also present were Assistant City Manager Cassingham and
City Attorney Murphy.
After discussing items appearing on the agenda for the regular
meeting of February 17, 1976, at 7:30 p.m., it was moved by
Councilman Byork, seconded by Councilman Green, and carried,
that the meeting be adjourned.

It was moved by Councilman Morris, seconded by
Councilman Green, and carried, that the minutes of the
adjourned regular meeting; of February 3, 1976, and the
regular meeting of February 3, 1976 be approved as
written
PRESENTATIONS AND PROCLAMATIONS
The Mayor read a resolution entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF Res. re supporting
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD SUPPORTING eff°orts to reduce
REFORMATION EFFORTS TO REDUCE MEDICAL LIABILITY medical liability
INSURANCE'" It was moved by Councilman Byork, seconded insurance
by Councilman Morris, and carried, that the resolution
be adopted.
~L`he Mayor read a resolution entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF
THE CII}Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD COMMEMORATING
THE 30TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE LYNWOOD CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.
It was moved by Councilman Green, seconded by
Councilman Byork, and carried, that the resolution be
adop*.dd. ~. copy of the resolution was presented to
Mr. Harry Johnstr~n, representing the Chamber of
Commerce.
The Mayor read a proclamation designating the month of
April, 1976, as "V--D AY~ARENESS MONTH." It was moved by
Councilman Byork, seconded by Councilman Green, and
serried, that the proclamation be authorized.
The Mayor read a proclamation designating the week of
February 22-28, 1976, as "JUNIOR CATHOLIC DAUGHTERS OF
AMERICA WEEK." It was moved by Councilman Byork,
seconded by Councilman Morris, and carried, that the
proclamation be authorized. A copy of the proclamation
was presented to representatives of the Junior
Catholic Daughterse
