It was moved by Councilman Green, seconded by Councilman Byork, and carried, that the resolution be adop*.dd. ~. copy of the resolution was presented to Mr. Harry Johnstr~n, representing the Chamber of Commerce. The Mayor read a proclamation designating the month of April, 1976, as "V--D AY~ARENESS MONTH." It was moved by Councilman Byork, seconded by Councilman Green, and serried, that the proclamation be authorized. The Mayor read a proclamation designating the week of February 22-28, 1976, as "JUNIOR CATHOLIC DAUGHTERS OF AMERICA WEEK." It was moved by Councilman Byork, seconded by Councilman Morris, and carried, that the proclamation be authorized.
