SPECIAL MEETING MARCH 26, 1976
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in a special
session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on above
date at 9 a.m.
Mayor Rowe in the chair.
Councilmen Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris and Rowe answered
the roll call. -^•
Also present were City, Attorney Murphy and City Manager Wright.
The Mayor announced the purpose of the special meeting to be
discussion of personnel matters, and adjourned the meeting to
executive session.
Following the executive session, it was moved by Councilman
Morris, seconded by Councilman Byork, and carried, that the
meeting adjourn.

ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING MARCH 26, 1976
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in an adjourned
regular session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on
above date at 7:30 p.m.
Mayor Rowe in the chair.
Councilmen Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris and Rowe answered
the roll call.
City Manager Wright was also present.
City Manager Wright read a letter informing the City Council
of his intention to resign from the position of City Manager,
effective on or before June 2, 1976. It was moved by
Councilman Morris, seconded by Councilman Higgins, that the
Council accept the letter of resignation.
Roll Call:
Ayes: Councilmen Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris and Rowe.
Noes: None.
Absent: None.
It was moved by Councilman Byork, seconded by Councilman Morris,
and carried, that the meeting adjourn to April 6, 1976, at 7 p.m.
