ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING JUNE 29, 1976
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in an adjourned
regular session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on
above date at 4:30 p.m.
Mayor Rowe in the chair.
Councilmen Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris and Rowe answered
the roll call.
Also present was Acting City Manager Shepherd.
The meeting was adjourned to executive session for matters of
meet and confer.
Following the executive session, it was moved by Councilman
Morris, seconded by Councilman Byork, that the Council
concur with the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding
between the City of Lynwood and the Lynwood Fire Fighters
Association represented by the California Teamsters Public,
Professional, and Medical Employees' Union Local 911.
Roll Call:
Ayes: Councilmen Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris and Rowe.
Noes: None.
Absent: None.
It was moved by Councilman Byork, seconded by Councilman
Morris, that the Council concur with the provisions of the
Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Lynwood and
the Lynwood City Employees' Association.
Roll Call:
Ayes: Councilmen Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris and Rowe.
Noes: None.
Absent: None.
Ayes: Councilmen Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris and Rowe.

It was moved by Councilman Morris, seconded by Councilman Res.76-53
Higgins, that RESOLUTION N0. 76-53 entitled: "A RESOLUTION Salary Res.
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD SETTING FORTH
THE SALARIES BY CLASSIFICATION OF ITS OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES,
AND OTHER BENEFITS." be adopted.
Roll Call:
Ayes: Councilmen Byork, Higgins, Morris and Rowe.
Noes: Councilman Green.
Absent: None.
It was moved by Councilman Higgins, seconded by Councilman
Morris, that an ordinance be prepared amending Ordinance
No. 670 to change the compensation of the City Clerk and
City Treasurer from $500 per month to $800 per month.
Roll Call:
It was moved by Councilman Byork, seconded by Councilman
Morris, and carried, that the meeting be adjourned to
July 6, 1976, at 7 p.m.
