SPECIAL MEETING JULY 12, 1976
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in a special
session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on above date
at 5:30 p.m.
Mayor Rowe in the chair.
Councilmen Higgins, Morris and Rowe answered the roll call.
Councilmen Byork and Green were absent.
Also present were Acting City Manager Shepherd and
City Attorney Clark.
Mr. Patrick Prince, speaking on behalf of Natatorium
employees, requested a discussion of salary increases and
was advised to meet with Mrs. Shepherd and Mr. Taft.
The Council reviewed general liability insurance and the
broker of record letter authorized to be issued to
Mr. Gerald Bunnell. The Mayor noted that although Mr. Bunnell
had been notified of the meeting, he was not present. It was
moved by Councilman Higgins, seconded by Councilman Morris,
that the broker of record letter authorized for Gerald Bunnell
be rescinded.
Roll Call:
Ayes: Councilmen Higgins and Morris.
Noes: Councilman Rowe.
Absent: Councilmen Byork and Green.
It was moved by Councilman Morris, seconded by Councilman
Higgins, and carried, that the meeting adjourn.
