ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 23, 1876
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in an adjourned
regular session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on
above date at 7:30 p.m.
Mayor Rowe in the chair.
Councilmen Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris and Rowe answered ""~"""
the roll call.
Also present was Acting City Manager Shepherd.
It was moved by Councilman Morris, seconded by Councilman
Byork, and carried, that the meeting adjourn to executive
session for discussion of personnel matters.
Following the executive session, it was moved by Councilman
Morris, seconded by Councilman Higgins, that the City
Council instruct the Acting City Manager to request from
the Chief Administrative Officer of the County of
Los Angeles a study of the feasibility of contracting with
the County for law enforcement services.

Ayes: Councilmen Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris, Rowe.
Noes: None.
Absent: None. ~~
It was moved by Councilman Green, seconded by Councilman
Higgins, that the Acting City Manager be instructed to
request a feasibility study for fire protection services
by the Consolidated Fire Protection District of Los Angeles
County.
Roll Call:
Ayes: Councilmen Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris, Rowe.
Noes: None.
Absent: None.
It was moved by Councilman Green, seconded by Councilman
Morris, and carried, that the meeting adjourn to Thursday,
August 26, 1976, at 7:30 p.m.
