Councilmen Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris and Rowe answered the roll call. Also present was Acting City Manager Shepherd. ;;; I It was moved by Councilman Byork, seconded by Councilman Green, and carried, that the meeting adjourn to executive session for personnel matters.
