SPECIAL MEETING SEPTEMBER 2, 1976
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met. in a special
session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on above
date at ~-:3o p.m.
Mayor Rowe in the chair.
Councilmen Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris and Rowe answered
,,.._ the roll call.
Also present was Acting City Manager Shepherd.
The Mayor announced that the special meeting had been
called for the purpose of personnel matters, and moved
that the City Clerk be reappointed Acting City Manager
until further notice pending Council appointment of a per-
manent City Manager. The motion was seconded by Councilman
Higgins.
It was moved by Councilman Green, seconded by Councilman
Byork, to amend the motion to provide that the appointment
be for thirty days.
Roll Call on amendment:
Ayes: Councilmen Byork and Green.
Noes: Councilmen Higgins, Morris, Rowe.
Absent: None.
Roll Call:
Ayes: Councilmen Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris, Rowe.
Noes: None.
Absent: None.
.- It was moved by Councilman Morris, seconded by Councilman
Byork, and carried, that the meeting adjourn to executive
session for personnel matters.
Following the executive session, it was moved by
Councilman Byork, seconded by Councilman Higgins, and
carried, that the meeting adjourn.
