ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING APRIL 15, 1877
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in an adjourned
regular session in the City Hall, 11330 Bu11is Road, on
above date at 5 p.m.
Mayor Rowe in the chair.
Councilmen Byork, Green, Higgins and Rowe answered the
roll call.
Councilman Morris was absent.
Also present was City Manager Valliere.
The City Manager presented a report on insurance coverage
obtained through Cal-Surance Company, a binder for which
is being delivered by messenger.
Councilman Morris arrived.
The City Manager described the "claims made" coverage
available at a total premium of $135,000 annually.
Claims will be administered by one of two companies on a
per occurrence basis at a maximum of $3,500 per year.
The amount of rebate on cancelled policies has not yet
been determined. It was recommended that the proposal
be accepted.
It was moved by Councilman Higgins, seconded by
Councilman Morris, and carried, that the Council concur
in the recommendation.

Noes: None.
Absent: None.
It was moved by Councilman Green, seconded by
Councilman Higgins, that the broker of record letter
issued to Mr. Emmett Schwartz be rescinded.

Noes: None.
Absent: None.
It was moved by Councilman Higgins, seconded by
Councilman Green, and carried, that the meeting adjourn
to April lg, 1977, at 7:30 p.m.
