AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A TAXICAB
OWNER'S LICENSE TO PEN'S RAM TRADING, INC.
FOR THE 2000-2001 IACENSE TERM
WHEREAS, an application has been filed and the proper fee paid for a Taxicab Owner's
License for the 2000-2001 License Term by Sailesh N. Kadakia, trading as
PEN'S RAM TRADING, INC.
WHEREAS, the qualifications of the applicants have been investigated by the Carteret
Police Department and said department recommends that a Taxicab Owner's License for
the 2000-2001 License Term be granted to the applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND 1T IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Cartcret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby authorized
and directed to issue PEN'S RAM TRADING, INC. a Taxicab Owner's License for the
2000-2001 License Term.
Adopted this 19th day of December, 2000 and
certified as a true copy of the original on
December 20, 2000.
