A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO,
REPEALING AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 08-04.
Whereas, the City of McCall has obtained judicial confirmation of its proposal to issue a
warrant to pay the Wausau Insurance and St. Clair Contractors judgments, and issue revenue
bonds to redeem the warrant; and
Whereas, such judicial confirmation and the present circumstances do not warrant filing
a Chapter 9 Municipal Reorganization bankruptcy as authorized by Resolution No. 08-04,
adopted February 25, 2008.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO as follows:
SECTION 1: The City of McCall repeals and rescinds Resolution No. 08-04.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, this 24th day of
