The Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood
met pursuant to adjournment at the above time and

Present: Trustees Beymer, Kerr, Merrill,
Pettycrew and White.
Absent; None.
City Clerk and Gity Attorney present.
On motive the reading of the minutes of the
previous meetings was .dispensed with.

read by the Clerk. On motion said Resolution was
adopted by the following vote:

Said Resolution being Resolution No. 6 of.
the City of. Lynwood.
Mr. Cowgill appeared before the ~ioard
on behalf of the Lynwood Improvement Association
and offered to make improvements in the City
Hall necessary to make it more convenient and
comfortable for meetings of the Board. and gs a
public meeting place. On motion said offer was
accepted and the thanks of the Board giQen for
same, and the Public corks Committee was authoriz-
ed to act on behalf of the City in regard to
such improvements.
On motion the ~3oard adjourned to meet ~Ved-
