The Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood met pursuant to adj ournment at the above time and place. Present; Trustees Merrill, Beymer, White, Kerr and Pettycrew. APPROVAL OF 1~IINTES REPORT OF EI~`i I - AtEER LYNCH Absent; Atone. City Clerk and City Attorney present. The minutes of the meeting held Wednesday, August 17th, 1921, at 7; 30 P. M. were read and approved as read. The minutes of the meeting held Plednesday, August 24th, 1921, at 7; 34 P. ~. were read and approved as read. City Clerk read report made by $nginesr Lynch in regard to condition of Water Plant, and recommending repairs for the Norton Well. Report ordered placed on file. Trustee White reported that the Public Works I~ILPRO VET iVTS TO CITY HALL FINAi3CES Committee met with the representatives of the Improvement Association in regard to improvements in the City Hall necessary to make it more conven- ient and comfortable for meetings of the Board and as a public meeting place. The Improvement Asso- ciation agreed to make investigation of ways and means with a view of effecting purposed changes without expense to the City.
