The Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood
met pursuant to adj ournment at the above time and
place.
Present; Trustees Merrill, Beymer, White, Kerr
and Pettycrew.

The minutes of the meeting held Wednesday,
August 17th, 1921, at 7; 30 P. M. were read and
approved as read. The minutes of the meeting
held Plednesday, August 24th, 1921, at 7; 34 P. ~.
were read and approved as read.
City Clerk read report made by $nginesr
Lynch in regard to condition of Water Plant, and
recommending repairs for the Norton Well. Report
ordered placed on file.
Trustee White reported that the Public Works

Committee met with the representatives of the
Improvement Association in regard to improvements
in the City Hall necessary to make it more conven-
ient and comfortable for meetings of the Board and
as a public meeting place. The Improvement Asso-
ciation agreed to make investigation of ways and
means with a view of effecting purposed changes
without expense to the City.
City Attorne~,f reported an interview with the
Attarnetr fox the Compton Bank, who stated that the
matter of financES will be discussed with his
clients, and a :~eeting of the Board of the Compton
Bank held on Tuesday, Sept. 6th, 1921.

view Mr. Geo. Scherer in regard to curb and side-
