The Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood met
pursuant to adjournment at the ab vve timem~. d place .
Roll Call; Present, Trustees Merrill, Beymer
and White .
Absent, Trustees McCord and Pettycra~
City Attorney and City Clerk present.
In the absence of the President of the Board, a motion
was made and carried that Trustee White act as Presi-
dent pro tem.
The minutes of the meeting held on November 2nd, 1921,
were read by the Clerk, and on motion were approved
as read.
The Public Works Committee reported that the subject
of moving the curb had been brought to the attention
of the property owners. zhe City Attorney said a

ON CURB signed petition from all the property o~n.ers would

be neeessar~r before any action should be taken by
the Board, and the property owners were requested
to furnish a signed petition requesting that the
curb be moved.
The Water Clerk reported that his balance on Novem-
ber 2nd was X12.00, and that he had since collected
WATER X154.30, making 8 total of ~166.3E3, which he had

REPORT deposited to the credit of the City Treasurer, leav-
ing no balance on band. This report was ordered
placed on file.
Trustee White reported that the care of the Lynwood
Station was being looked after, and the attention

scattering newspapers by the newsboys .

then read by the Clerk for the first time. Moved and
carried that said Ordinance be declared read for the

Trustee McCord entered and took his seat on the
Board.
Moved that the Ordinance entitled

be taken up for its second reading. Said Ordinance was
read by the Clerk for the second time. Moved ~d car-
ried that it be declared read for the second time, and
that it be taken up for its third reading and final pas-
sage. Said Ordinance was then read by the Clerk for the
third time , and upon motion it was adopted as read , bq
the following vote:
AYES: Trustees 1lderrill, Beymer, McOord and ~~'hite.
~7oes: None.
Absent: Trustee Pettycrew.
Said Ordinance as adopted being Ordinance No, 7 of the
City of Lynwood.
Moved that the sum of X200.00 be transferred from the
t~dater Fund to the General Fund, and that the City Clerk
furnish the City Treasurer a certified copy of this motion
as his authority to make such transfer. Carried by the
following vote:
AYES: Trustees Merrill, Beymer, McCord and White.
Noes: None.
Absent: Trustee Pettycrew.
