which will begin immediately upon the expiration of the Original Contract term and

The Parties agree that all other terns. conditions and obligations of the Original
Contract remain in full force and effect throughout the term of the Original Contract,
as extended hereby. except for those provisions of the Original Contract that are
directly contradicted by this Extension. in which event the tern: of this Extension
shall control.
4 This Extension may he executed simultaneously in one or more counterparts. each of
which shall be deemed an original. Electronic. facsimile or scanned signatures on
this Extension shall he deemed to he authentic and valid counterparts of such original
document limr all purposes, including the tiling of any claim. action or suit in the
appropriate court of la„
