AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
A NEW TAXICAB DRIVER'S LICENSE
FOR THE 2000-2001 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has bcen made and the proper fee paid for TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for the 2000-2001 License TetTn by the following:
SAILESH N. KADAKIA and BHARATKUM S. SAVLA;
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the facts stated
in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver's License be granted to Sailesh
N. Kadakia and Bharatkum S. Salvla for the 2000-2001 License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T AND IT IS HERBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby authorized
and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2000-2001 License Term to
Sailesh N. Kadakia and Bharatkum S. Salvla.
