The Board oi' Trustees of the City of Zynwood met, pursuant to adjournment at the move time and place. KOLL CALZ: Present Trustees Merrill, T~cCor d, wall, 9~Th.ite and Pettycrew. Absent: None. City Attorney and City Clerk present. The minutes of the meeting held on T1~ednesday, Jaan~.ry 25, 1922, were read by the Clerk, and on motion were ap- proved as read. Mr, A. B. Gray reported concerning bad drainage con- t~RAI1V- dition of certain streets in the City of Lynwood. The AGE matter was referred to the Public ~lorks Committee for in- vestigation. The Zynwood 't'roupe No. 1, Boy Scouts of America, thru BOY their Acting Scout Master, A. E. Dietz, invited the mem- SCOUTS bets of the Board to a luncheon to be held at the Community Church, on .Friday evening, January 3, 1922, 1'he City Attorney reported that the Resolution passed by the Board of Trustees on ~'anuary 25, 1922, concerning payment of taxes to the City of Zynwooct, had been filed TAX t~g0~y with the proper County officials, and that the Board of Supervisors would soon act, and he expected they would. order the payments made. =~r. Baker said the amount ave~i.l- able would be approgi.mately ~„;1500.00, and the prospects were good to get a payment soon, and another payment the latter part of April. Beymer, Building Inspector, reported that BUIS,D- seven miscellaneous permits were issued from December 15 ING IN- S?'ECT- to February 1, 1922, and the total fees collected thereon ORS REPORT was X72.03. Report accepted and placed on file. Moved that the sum of X200.00 be transferred from the dater Fund to the General Fund, and that the City Treas- urer be furnished a certified copy of this motion as his authority for making such transfer. Carried by the fol- lowing vote: AYES: Trustees Merrill, McCord, ~adall, ~~Thite and r~OES : None . ABSENT: None. Pettycrew.
