Cdr. Ray Cristal suggested that it might be advisable to eonaider the matter of looking after some means of removing garbage !„~ ~ especially in the business district of Lynwood stating that in his op3.nion garbage would bring flies and perhaps disease he thought it probable that some responsible party might be found who would be - glad of the privelige of gathering andremoving all such refuse without cost to the city.
