The Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood
met pursuant to adjournment at the above time and place.
Roll Call: Present, Trustee ','Dillard, TAerrill,
Anderson and T+ iienzel.Absent,Trustee Rehfeld. City Clerk present.
President Anderson in the Chair.

Business
it the last meeting of the Board of Trustees,
February 28th.the City Clerk was instructed to enter into
contract with the Westinghouse Electric & 1 Co. and the
Byron Jackson Iron `Narks for new equipment for Plant No .l .
Resolution No.75 and 76.This has been done and it is hereby
moved and seconded that the report of the City Clerk: be
accepted.

Absent: Trustee Rehfeld
"-roved and carried that Resolution referring to
pending legislation on tax on gas and constructing and main-
taining Public Highways,be adopted.This was in reference to
letter from League of California 1 read at last
meeting of the Board.
Trustee ;`Millard spoke in regard to parking ,
cutting weeds etc.It was moved and carried that the City
employ help to cut weeds along the Boulevard ..he City
Marshall was instructed to make arrangements to this effect.

Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood,County of I.fe
of Celiferrtia. calling Special Election in
compliance with.law governing recall elections,setting
date for special election,instructing proper officers
and officials in connection therewith.On motion made by Trustee
"enzel,seconded by Trustee `uillard,was adopted by the
following vote.

City. of Lynwood,regarding construction of bridge over
the L os Angeles River,on Long Beach Boulevard,north of
Long Beach,and recommending the widening of same to 36
ft., was then adopted. by the T3oard,a.nd C ty Clerk instructed
to mail copy of Resolution to the Board of ;supervisors,
of Los Angeles County.
Report of City Treasurer for month of February
1923,was presented and read by the Clerk,and on motion made
and seconded was adopted by the following vote.
Ayes: Trustee Anderson,Merrill,W illard and Menzel
Noes: None

parkin; on Reed Street was then discussed,and laid over
for further information.
On motion the Board adjourned to meet
