The Board of Trustees of the City of
Lynwood met at City Hall,205 Test Hulforl Avenue,
7ednesday evenin3,April 4th.1?23 at 7:30 P.t.
loll Call: Present,Tvustee 7illard,
7enzel.Yerrill.Anderson and Rehfeld.City Clerk present.
President Anderson in the chair.

ment Slant No.1
Report Trustee Merrill reported that he 'rind
of completed spotting lights thru the pvoposed lighting dis-
Commrs. trict.Also reported that thn candle power of the various
lights would be,250 on 7oulevard and 106 in residential
section.
The report of Building inspector for
month of MArch was received and accepted.

Bus. City Clerk instructed to consult with
City Attorney Thomas in regard to progress being made in
in the Resolution of Intentions to create lighting district.
The matter of street improvement on Oak
Street was ordered turned over to City 7nginesr Ljnch,and to
ascertain whether or not this street could be included with
contemplated improvenents on lest Euclid Avenue.
The new ordinance providing for the estab-
lishment of a Planning Commisssion was read for the first time,
and upon motion made and seconded was declared read for the
first time and laid over for second reading,
UeW Bus. n Resolution entitled "A aesolution of
the Board of Trustees of the City of Tynwood,abandoning
certain work of proposed street improvements upon a portion
of the South Roadway of Fernwood Avenue in said City,said
Resolution being No.65 was then read,and upon motion made
and seconded was adopted by the following vote.
Ayes: Trustee 4erPill,?illard, Anderson, 7enze1 and Vehfeld
roes: None
Absent: None
A csolution entitled "A Resolution of
of the Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood,declaring its
intention to improve a certain portion of the South Poadway
of Fernwood Avenue in said City said Resolution being Resolution
of Intention No.36,was then read y and upon motion made and
seconded.was adopted by the following vote.
