Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Board of
Trustees City of Lynwood.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood met
in regular ad iourned session at the City Hall., 205 W.
Mulford Ave, Friday, June I, I923, at 11:30 p. m.
Roll Call - Present Trustees Merrill, Willard, Downey, Ander-
son,
Absent Trustte Menzel.
President, Anderson in the chair.
City Clerk Present.
On motion by Trust6e Willard, seconded by Trustee
Merrill, the reading of the Minutes of the meeting of
May 23, I923, was omitted.
New Bus. On motion made and carried Man. of Tract No. 6436,
submitted to the Board of Trustees by the County Sur -
veyor, was approved and ordered returned to the Board
of Supervisors of Los Angeles County.

to the streets wider discussion, were improved. He also
stated that a movement had been started bir the Planning
Commission to provide the City with an up to date Public
Library.
Trustee Willard stated that it was the ob iect, of
the Board to co- operate with the property owners on the
streets under discussion in every way possible to mini-
mize the expense of their street improvements.
Through the thoughtfulness of City Engineer Lynch
in drawing and submitting four blue prints of various
ways in which improvements could be made, those interes-
ted were aided very materially in ~'Imakirig their decision
regarding same. Plan No. I being adopted.
Mr. Althouse, of the City Fhgineer s office, was
present and answered numerous questions regarding the
proposed street work.
Having decided upon the adoption of Plan No. I as
submitted by the City Fngineer and asking that petitions
corresponding to same be drawn, no further business ap-
pearing, on motion by Trust6e Merrill, seconded by Trus-
tee Downey, the Board adjourned to meet Wednesday, June
6, I923, at the usual time and place
