THIS indenture is made this leday of MAW
1983 between BROWN'S TIE AND LUMBER COMPANY, AN IDAHO
CORPORATION as "Grantor" for the benefit of the City of
McCall, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Idaho
whose address is City Hall, McCall, Idaho 83638 as
:Grantee".
The said Grantor, for. and in consideration as provided
for in a resolution duly adopted by the Grantee does by these
presents remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the
Grantee, its successors and assigns those two parcels of
real property more particularly described as follows:
Parcel I.
A tract of land.in-Government Lot 3, Section 9,
T.18 N.', R.3 E.-, B.M., Valley County, Idaho, being
'more particularly described.as follows:
Commencing at a one-half inch steel pin marking the
intersection.of the centerlines of 3rd Street and
Lake Street as shown on the official plats of the
City of McCall, Idaho, thence S.77°45'W., 40.00 feet
to a point;
thence N.12°15'W., 90.00 feet to a point;
thence N.73°271E., 44.00 feet to a point;
thence N.65°57'E., 36.90 feet to the real point
of beginning;
thence N. 65°57'E., 108.10 feet to a point;
thence along a curve to the left with a radius of
564.49 feet, a central_angle.of.25°22'30" and whose
long.chordlbears N.4 -5-53E:,. 247:96 -feet 'to -a paint; -

beginning.

or less, subject to easements of record or in use.

A portion of Lot 7, Block 2, McCALL 1ST ADDITION,
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 7, Block 2,
McCALL 1ST ADDITION, according to the official plat
thereof on file in the Valley County Recorder's Office,
Cascade, Idaho, thence N.82°00'W. along the Northerly
boundary line of said Lot 7, 5,1.60 feet to the real
point of beginning;
thence N. 82°00'W. along said Northerly boundary line,
28.37 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 7;
thence S.27°18'W. along the Westerly boundary line of
said Lot 7, 28.37 feet to a point;
thence along a curve to the right with a radius of
40.00 feet, a central angle. of 70°42' and whose long
chord bears N.62°39'E., 46.29 feet to the real point
of beginning.
Said tract of land contains 148 square feet more or
less, subject to easements of record or in use.
