Dear Frank:
Following are the descriptions you requested us to prepare for
the land exchange with the City of McCall. As was discussed with
you, the east boundary line of Tract 13 is subject to revision when
a field survey is made to establish the true location of the one-
sixteenth line.
TRACT 11 (NEXT TO TIMBERLOST V)
A tract of land in the SW4NW4 of Section 10 , T.18 N. , R. 3 E. , B.M. ,
. Valley County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the one corner common to Sections 9 and
10 , T. 18 N. , R.3E:�11 B.M. , Valley County, Idaho, thence
N. 000114011E. along the section line common to said Sections 9 and
10 , 1279. 66 feet to a point; thence S. 89156 ' 10"E. , 396 .42 feet to
the real point of beginning, said point being a steel pin marking
the northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 5, TIMBERLOST V, according to
the official plat thereof on file in the Valley County Recorder's
Office, Cascade, Idaho- thence S. 89056 ' 10"E. , 222.75 feet to a
point; thence S.10°55' 30"W. , 100. 86 feet to a point; thence
N.64°00132"W. , 226 .54 feet to the real point of beginning. Said
tract of land contains 0 . 25 acres more or less, subject to ease-
ments of record or in use.

A tract of land in the SW4NW4 of Section 10, T.18 N. , R. 3 E. , B .M. ,
Valley County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows: .

10, T. 18 N. , R. 3 E. , B.M. , Valley County, Idaho, thence

10 , 1319. 66 feet to a point; thence S. 89156110"E. , 748. 60 feet to
the real point of beginning ; thence S. 89156 ' 10"E. , 250. 00 feet to a
point- thence S.15°12'W. , 186 . 46 feet to a point, thence
S. 10118 'W. , 125.17 feet to a point; thence West, 198. 26 feet to a
point; thence N. 6°34'W. , 127 .50 feet to a point; thence
N.10055130"E. , 179. 96 feet to the real point of beginning. Said

10 , 1319. 66 feet to a point- thence S. 89°56110"E. , 1320. 56 feet
more or less, to a point on the easterly boundary of the SW4NW4 of
said Section 10 : thence S. 0001140"W. along said boundary, 5.34 feet
to the real point of beginning ; thence S. 86°00 'W. , 169. 20 feet to a
point; thence S. 3° 18 'W. , 200 .00 feet to a point; thence East, 180 . 2
feet more or less, to a point on said easterly boundary of said
SW4NW4; thence N. 0'01' 40"E. along said easterly boundary, 211.47
feet to the real point of beginning. Said tract of .land contains
0. 82 acres more or less, subject to easements of record or in use.
We are enclosing 3 prints of our drawing # 7416 which we have
revised per your instructions, and 3 prints of the revised Master
Association Plan - drawing # 7214. We are also enclosing 3 prints
of a sketch showing the various areas in the SW4NW4 of said Section
10.
