Also attending were Mr. Anderson and Mr. Osha of Brockway Weber and Brockway. Mr. Anderson reviewed the water situation and briefly described the plans and specifications prepared by his office. There was a general discussion of the water pressure system, but it was decided that no action would be taken to correct this condition until the Town has first had assurance from the Club that they would provide the minimum pressure as stated in the contract. It was furthermore agreed that there should be a meeting of the minds between the Town and Club Officials as to the point where the minimum pressure provided in the contract should be measured. Mr. Hart moved that Mr. Anderson write a letter to the Club stating the pressure loss that occurs through the master meter from the Club's side of the meter to the point of delivery to the Town and the need for a modern type master meter: Also the necessity that a point of measurement be established where the pressure is to be measured for delivery of the water sold to the Town. This motion was seconded and passed unanimously. Mayor Dodson suggested that should bhe Club authorize a purchase of a new master meter then the Town should order a new clorinater at the same time so as to prevent any delay. It being understood that 60 to 90 days would be required for delivery after placement of order. As soon as the letter is received from Mr. Anderson regarding the master meter and delivery point for measuring pressure, Mr. Hart would present this information to the Club Officials. There being no other business to come be own Commission, the meeting was adjourned. Attest: £ 1-&-7— --
