Noes: None. Absent: Trustee Anderson. Mr. Pstes and '�Ir. Gray aldressed the Board regarding the supply- ing of outside territory with water from the City plants. On motion by Trustee Merrill, seconded by Trustee 'Hillard, the Water Supt was instructed to maIte a check of the water system on Nov. 15, 1923, and in the event that he found 'that any outside territory was connected with the same to disconnect it without further notice. The ',Vater Supt reported the sale of used pine to Hall-Johnson Co, and Clerk was instructed to render bill covering same.
