� The Board of 'Prustees of the Cit,y of Lynwood met in ad,journed
� reguler session at the Gity Hall, 205 West MulPord Ave, Frieday,
i Dec 21, 1923, at 7:30 P. M,
Present: Truateea Merrill, Frillar3, Doxney, Anderson.

'� The ob�ect of the meeting being for the discussion of the ques-
tion of alleys behin� the propartp abutting on Long Beach Blvd, this
� matter was taken up.
` °�)r Althovse exola�ned the width, etrs., of alleys in the City of
i Loa Angeles. •
Mrs Vilven, Mr Sherer, Mr Zeiser, Mr Roberts, Mr Land, Mr Gray,
� Mr Mangc+ld, Mr Hotz, Nlr Boren and ?Ar Baumgartner expressed their
� ideas"regarding same.
The Board being satisPied from the expressions of the interested
� peraona present that it was ths eiah of a ma,jority of the owners of
4 property affected that the contemplated alley be established, e mo-
tion by Trustee 'Nillar3, seconded by Truatee Tderrill, that the City
� Engineer be instructed to start condemnation proaeedings, and thaL
the alley be 15 feet xi3e, the eame to be taken equallq from ivheiou�
vArioua lots wherever possible, nas carried bq the follomirig vote:
Ayes: Trustees Merrill, Plillard. Anderson.
Noes: None.

On motion Board adjourne3 to m�et Ylednesday, Jan. 2, 1924, at
