of lights on the Blvd. in the business district.

explained the shortage of h~Tdro-electric Hower and asked co-opera-
tion of all consumers of electricity until the present situation
is relieved.
On motion by Trustee Downey. seconded by Trustee '"?illard, ?'fir.

New Bus i'etitions si?ned by residents of certain territory joining
the City on the north as:~tin~; that the same be annexed to Tynwood,
vrere presented to the Board. The same were referred to the City
Clerk for sinature verification.
