Roll Call Present Trustees ~~errill, ';Dillard, Frenzel, Dovrney. Anderson. Absent None. President Anderson in the Chair. Clerk present. Reports The City Atty explained proesss being made in the matter of removing the yet=beck'line restrictions on the Blvd. Also explained annexation proceedings. Dr Bell, Sanitation Ofr'icer, made an oral report covering the health conditions in the school, etc. Ray Crystal, chairman of the committee on annexation, spoke on the territory proposed for annexatian to the City. t~~r Stowe, of North Lynvrood Gardens, asT~ed about strut work in the event of annexation of that sub-division to the City. The City Iitty, City rngr and Trustee Downe;~ explained. A new Ordinance entitled ~}An Ordinance of the Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood. California, regulating the erection and main- tenance of "Blinker Lights" upon and adacent to public highways in the said City of Lynwood, and providing for the issuance of permits for the same and providing a penalty for the violation of any of the provisions hereof." was read for the third an~~ last time and placed on final pas- sage, whereupon said Crdinance, being Ordinance Tso. 29, was passed b~T the following vote: Ayes Trustees i.~errill, 'DDillard, '.~enzel, Downey, Anderson. Noes None. Absent None. A new Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance declaring the intention of the Board of Trustees of the ^it~r of L~rnwood to order the opening, widening and extendin of certain streets and alleys in said City of Lynwood," was read for the third and last time and placed on final pas- sage, whereupon said ?'rdinance, being Crdinance T1o. 30, was passed by the following vote: Ayes Trustees "?errill, '~~lillard, TJlenzPl, Downey, Anderson.
