The Hoard of Trus tes of the Cit~r of Lynwood met in regular session
at the City riall, 205 :Jest r"ulford r°ive, `~Jednesday, zRarch 19, 1924, at 7:30
p. m.
Ro11 Call Present: Trustees !~Jillard, r2enzel, Downed, Anderson.
Absent : Trustee i.~lerrill .

T..°r tamer asked what was being donZ in regard to improvement of
alley between So Fernwood and Lynwood Road. A motion by Trustee Downey,
seconded by Trustee '~~~enzel, that the Stre~,t Supt be authorised to have
same graded, was carried 'oy the following vote:
Ayes : Trustees "Dillard, '1~enzel, Dovnrney, Anderson.
Noes : I1one .
Absent : Trustee ^~~terrill.
T~~r ~~roody spoke on drainage conditions ti_n Castle Park, stating that
same was very bad.
Prlr Socwell, 'fir Seward and ~~ir lamer spoke on the work of improve-
. ment done on Fast Roadway of South Fernwood tsve, explaining that #-here
were a few ?daces in need of repair. and that if T',Tr Hall would assure them
that these places would tie repaired that they would ~`=ithdraw protest on
file. "~~r Hall gave this assurance.
?~~Ir and T~,~rs ~~'onroe asked that the i~tfoot- ~idealk in front of their
property cn '.'?~st T'alm be allowe~~ to remain as it is .
i~~~rs Dolph spoke on drainage conditions on Virginia St.
The Board decided to make investigation of the above conditions

pearing a motion by `T'rustee ~"Dillard, seconded b~>• Trustee Iulenzel, that the

. ized to sign warrant, was carried by the following vote:

and fixing a penalty therefor." v~ras read for the second time. Om motion
made and seconded sale was declared read for the second time and laid over

n~xation of inhabited tc-~ritory to the Cit~r of Lynwood." was read. Said
