The mirnites of the meeting of Parch 26 were read and approved as react. 'Brit Com A petition protesting the erection and maintenance of an un- dertaking establishment on lot 177_ on r~st?lmwood Ave, sinned by all the resident ~ro~^erty owners between T~onF; Beach Blvd and Sessions St on said street, was read. On motion male and seconded the building inspector was instr~.zcted to not issue a building permit witY~out first consulting the Eoard. Oral Coms Pr Hayes and Mr T,orrain.e of Palomar Terrace appeared before the Board and stated that it was the desire of the residents of that sub-division to annex to the Cit~r of L~jnwood. On motion action was deferred to April 23.
