said Board of Tr~~stees to order the opening, widening and extending of

lution of Intention No 1~2, the Clerk announced. that Oex'tain bids were
on file. On motion by Trustee nowney, seconded. by Trustee Gordy, the
Clerk was ordered to open, examine and publicly declare all such ~~ids.
`Thereupon the Clerk opened., and nul~licly declared 'oils from the follow-
in~ persons and firms L S ~~~:inson Jr, ?~ihn Bros and Hall-Johnson Co.
On motion by Trustee need, seconded. 'rv Trlrstee Gordy, the same were
laid over for'Consideration.
~~ lease tendered b~T the Pacific Llectric RailsRay co, leasing
certain portions of the said cots right-of-way in the city of Lvnd~ood
to the Citq, was -referred to Trustees gown~y and Heed., who were ap-
pointed by the chair as a commit±•ee to investi~?ate this matter and
report.
The matter of the enforcement of Ordinance No 34 was referred
to the City Atty to ascertain legality of sai~7. Ordinance.
