The Eoarcl of Trustees of the City of Lynwood met in acl;jeurned

4£3-61-62 tract 2794, stated that the varia~~s oivner•s of these lots were
W1.1]_ir.tg to dedicate a 30-foot street between same if the City would pay
the cost of street imcrovement. The Chair appointed Trustees Reed and
Tweedy as a corr~nrittee irivesti~ate this proposition.
Comr Rept Health Cornmissiorrer Tweedy recomrt,ended that the present Sanita-
tion Cfficer• be retained the balance of the calendar ,year at the salary
he is new 'creing maid.
Street Commissioner Reed reported that ail street work was pro-
gressing satisfactorily.

district to be assessed to na~r the costs and expenses for said improve-
ment," was read. C'n motion'by Trustee Tweedy seconded by Trustee Gordy
said Resclutiorr being. Resolution Pte 216 of the City of Lynwood was adopj
ed by the following veto

A Resolution of'Intention entitled "A Resolution of the Board
of Trustees of the Cit;~- of L~~nwood declaring; its intention to improve
Anderson Avenue and Osgood Avenue ir. the said City of Lynwood, and de-
scribing the district to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses for
said improvernerrt," was read. Cn motion by TrusteE Gord~T seconded by Tru;

building for the housing of the new pumping plant, asking that the same
be constructed with dimensions 14x54 feet. A motion by Trustee Gordy
seconded by Trwst,ee Reed that the Chair appoint a committee with author
ty to act was carried by the following vote:
