Rept Com Trustees need and T~^reedy, the ce;rnnittee appointed to investigate
t}~~e proposed street between lets 47-4~s-61-62 tract 2794, reported that

spend money for im:~rovement of this proposed street at the present time

or privies; 1?ow therefor be it resolved by the Board. of `t'rustees of the
City of Ljr7lwaod as follo~vs: That it is the sense of this Board that al
persons ixr tl:~e Cittr of Ljmwood vrho are maintaiYring, any out-side toilets
or privies, ors any property owned, ac,^u~ied or controlled k•7,r l~i;n, or
her, that any such Tvater closet, or criv;Y~, be removed by hi;ri, or her,
