The said Grantor, for and in consideration as provided for in a resolution duly adopted by the Grantee does by these presents remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns the real property more particularly described as follows: A tract of land in McCALL'S 1ST ADDITION, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a railroad spike at the intersection of Roosevelt Avenue and Hemlock Street, thence S.8°00'W. along the centerline of Roosevelt Avenue, 40.00 feet to a point; thence N.82°00'W., 502.00 feet to the real point of beginning, said point being the Northwest lot corner of Lot 11, Block 5, McCALL'S 1ST ADDITION, according to the official plat thereof on file in the Valley County Recorder's Office, Cascade, Idaho; thence S.8°00'W., 1059.52 feet to the Southwest lot corner of Lot 20, Block 3, said McCALL's 1ST ADDITION: thence S.82°00'E. along the Southerly boundary line of said Lot 20, 14.00 feet to a point; thence N.8°00'E., 1059.52 feet to a point on the Northerly boundary line of said Lot 11; thence N. 82°00'W. along said Northerly boundary line, 14.00 feet to the real point of beginning.
